Shelter: In the harbor, from all but NW - N winds and the swell from the SW. In the marina from all winds.

Mooring: Good holding. However, the bottom is muddy in several parts and does not hold so well there. BEWARE there are laid chains in the harbour. Ask the Harbour Office for a berth. Piloting for ships is obligatory. Pilot boards 0.5n.ml south of the bay entrance.

Port facilities: It is a replenishment station for sea-faring ships. There are marine equipment, fishing and diving shops. There is a diver.
