History

KEA (or Tzia) is an island in the Aegean Sea. It is the westernmost inhabited island of the Cyclades and there is one of the biggest natural ports in the Mediterranean, the Gulf of Agios Nikolaos. KEA is relatively sparsely populated island with a population around 2,500 inhabitants.
The island is considered the ideal place for those who love hiking. There are several paths built like stone stairs and small bays which provide unique beauty. Moreover, the island has many prey shelters for migratory birds but also for some predators while impressive flora records 3000 plant species.
KEA even if it is a small island it has enough sights because of its rich history and culture. Also there are several clean beaches while you will spend beautiful evenings as the Kea with mild nightlife with several output options.
